Patta Academy is a comunity that stimulates young entrepreneurship, by guiding talented individuals to realize their dreams and become the next leaders of the world
From our Principal Founders
Founding fathers Edson Sabajo and Guillaume Schmidt from Patta know better than anyone how hard it is to chase your dreams without a network, examples in your community, and/or strong role models. But as Guillame also puts it; “If you follow your passion and know who you are, you will go far.”

The Academy wants to give back to the community, by helping talented individuals (with an entrepreneurial spirit) get started. We are intentionally investing in these potential future leaders, because we believe that the young generation can keep pushing our communities forward by connecting and creating together.

Mission statement
Patta Academy is a community built for and with creative, entrepreneurial individuals: people with drive, ideas, and the hunger to make something real. We provide a space where highly motivated people can develop confidence, sharpen their skills, and gain the perspective and tools they need to turn ambition into action. We don't just support individuals; we build with them.

We believe growth happens at the edge of comfort. That's why we foster an environment where taking risks is encouraged, failure is part of the process, and resilience is developed alongside real ability. By strengthening self-belief and supporting people through the challenges of entrepreneurship, we help them build something meaningful — from the ground up, on their own terms.

Our Community
Patta Academy is built on community. It brings together young people who are all trying to grow, create, and figure out their own path, often coming from backgrounds where access to networks, knowledge, and opportunities is not always a given. It creates a space where people can connect, share experiences, and learn from each other, not just from mentors, but from peers who are on a similar journey. There is a strong sense of giving back, where people support one another and carry that forward beyond the program.
At its core, Patta Academy is about community, growth, and creating opportunities where none existed before. We are here to help people trust their own abilities, navigate their path with confidence, and prove to themselves that they can create something from nothing. It is about building something real, not just individually, but together, with the community around you.
